Lab on a chip is a frontier science area introduced in the highschool classroom. A lesson series and practical kit are developed for use at schools.
A series of practicals were developed, to introduce the principles of microfluidics. For this, professional equipment is used, and a variety of fluidic chips.
A series of simple techniques is developed, to stimulate learners to produce microfluidic devices themselves. This is done with scissor-cut or laser-cut hot lamination foil.
